Either heat or thunderstorms. I drove through Badlands National Park. 185 km took me 6 hours 😊Along the way, I met Sam Manicon, who has been riding a motorcycle around the world for eight years and writes books about it. A lot of animals to be seen at night by the road. At 2230 I arrived at the Chalet Motel at Custer, where warm cottage was waiting for me !!!. The place is owned by Michelle Lamphere, who is the president of WIMA – the International Organization of Motorcyclists in the USA (they have divisions in 40 other countries). I’ll stay here for a couple of days!
